Booking

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A service or package is considered confirmed only after the required booking and confirmation process has been completed.

Tour Itinerary

Itineraries may be modified due to weather, road conditions, local restrictions, attraction timings, transportation schedules or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Hotels

Hotel category, room type and availability depend on the selected package and confirmed booking.

Transportation

Vehicle type is subject to availability. Vehicle usage will follow the agreed itinerary and applicable transportation rules.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for carrying valid identification, travel documents, permits and other documents required for their journey.

Travel Documents

For domestic and international travel, customers must ensure that all required identification, passports, visas, permits and other travel documents are valid.

Third Party Services

Hotels, airlines, transport operators and other third party service providers may have their own terms, cancellation rules and conditions.

Force Majeure

DS Tours & Travels shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations or itinerary changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural events, government restrictions, strikes, transport disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.
